The goal is to stop thinking about what to say next and instead respond to what is actually happening.

Exercise A: The Basic Repetition
Face a partner
Student A makes an objective observation.
If someone laughs...
Exercise B: Emotion Shift
Repeat a phrase:
The repetition changes with it. No forcing. No acting. Just observation.
Exercise C: Object Repetition
Instead of emotions:
This teaches observation before interpretation.
